Do you spend hours planning a trip out? We know everyone’s accessibility needs are different, which is why having detailed, accurate information is so important. Have you visited somewhere and found access was not what you expected?
InclusiveGreece is here to give the detailed information you need to work out if a place you wish to visit is going to be accessible to you. Everyone can find certified offers, places, and businesses online. The information necessary for the guests is recorded, evaluated and structured by trained collectors and assessed using clear quality criteria.
InclusiveGreece is the official and exclusive licensee in Greece and responsible for the information and certification under the “Travel for All” initiative which was founded in Germany as the nationwide label in the area of accessibility. The labeling system “Travel for All” was developed initially in 2011. The idea of implementation of the labeling system in Greece was born and first talks took place during the ITB in Berlin in 2018 and inicial common interest in expanding the labeling system outside of Germany was expressed. In July 2020 the introduction of the labeling system into the Greek tourism sector was agreed and InclusiveGreece Consulting was founded.
The expansion of the labeling system as one of the first countries outside of Germany, is highly welcomed by the international tour operators and travel sector offering Greece as an incoming destination. Also the association of persons with special needs and individuals that require specific information for the travel are embracing this development.
